Manuscript Submission Guidelines
The Journal of AI and Social Value welcomes submissions from researchers and professionals working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and societal impact.
1. Scope of the Journal
We publish research articles, reviews, and case studies in AI ethics, policy, public interest technologies, healthcare, education, and inclusive innovation.

3. How to Submit
All manuscripts must be submitted via our online submission portal. First-time users should create an account. Files must be in Word (.docx) or LaTeX format.
4. Manuscript Format
Please follow the manuscript format below. Note that formatting requirements may differ slightly by submission type (e.g., Full Paper vs. Policy Brief).
- Title Page: Title, authors, institutional affiliations, email addresses, ORCID IDs
- Abstract: Up to 600 words (English only). (No word limit applies to Original Research Paper Articles.)
- Keywords: 3–6 relevant terms
- Main Text: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion (This full structure is required for Full Paper submissions.)
- References: Use APA or IEEE citation style, applied consistently. (Required for Full Papers; other categories may apply flexible referencing.)

5. Peer Review
We operate a double-blind peer review process. Each submission is reviewed by at least two independent experts. Decision time averages 4–6 weeks.
6. Ethical Standards
- Compliance with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics)
- Authors must disclose conflicts of interest
- No plagiarism or duplicate publication
- Ethical approval for studies involving humans or animals
7. Open Access Policy
This journal is fully Open Access under the Creative Commons CC BY license. There are no article processing charges at this time.
